Gym Diary: Thursday, September 20, 2012

Squat rack day!  Yay!

My own little world!

     I did "Good Mornings" with the rack above.

    I used this preacher bar to do bent over rows.



     


     I used the dumbbells by the mat for side bends.

I used these for dumbbell rows.

     OMG!!! My friend just now uploaded a picture of a awesome looking slice of chocolate cake!!! How evil! 


Lateral Pull Downs anyone?
I need to read up on this to be sure I'm doing them correctly.


     With the squat rack, I changed the set up for squats.  I think I'm going to reorganize my workout so that I do squats and dead lifts on different days, so I can spend less time setting up the rack.
Leg curl machine.
