     Today's breakfast was cereal with milk and topped with almonds, and coffee.  Yes.  Cereal with whole milk has become my standard breakfast on most days.  It's easy.  I want the carbs and fiber from the cereal.  I want the protein from the milk.  I want the crunch from the almonds.  Sometimes, I'll add cut fresh fruit.  Sometimes, I'll add pumpkin seeds.  Sometimes, I'll add sliced banana.  Sometimes, I'll add all these things and just enjoy (I mean enjoy the flavors, the chewing, the slurping) it for all that it's worth.  I've been drinking instant coffee at home.  No coffee grinds to clean up.  Occasionally, usually on a day when I won't be working out at the gym, I'll enjoy an egg dish.  If I'm eating out, and a western breakfast is available, I'll order a big one with a lot of variety.  Yea!

     Usually, I wake up in time to eat breakfast at least an hour before heading out for the gym.  During the hour or so after breakfast, I pack my gym bag, sometimes get a load of laundry going, and dump my poop (always bet on the dog / horse that poops just before the race).  Doing all that's pretty easy.

    Cloudy without rain describes this morning's weather.

     For lunch, I enjoyed leftover chicken and rice with cooked cabbage.
